What are we looking for in an ideal candidate?
Startup experience or intrapreneurial
Working at a startup can be very different from working at a large company so we prioritize looking for candidates who have intrapreneurial experience or have worked at startups as well
No ego, success is a team sport
This should be pretty self explanatory but it has to be said that we’re not big on ego or people who put their interest in front of the team. We prioritize attitude over skills / experience, no exceptions.
Self directed, continuous self growth
Pretty much any skill can be learned if someone has a self directed mindset for continously learning and growth. Startups move quick, so this is the most important skill set we interview for.

We were founded in Vancouver, BC but have adopted a remote-first culture. We are open to hiring people across North America.
We get our team together in Vancouver when travel permits to spend time connecting with each other and have some fun.
